摘要
采用新型AOD蓄热式烘烤器对120 t AOD设备烘烤过程炉内温度分布和NO排放量进行了数值模拟,分析了空气预热温度(1 273~1 473 K)、空气进口与燃气人口间的相对距离L(0.28~0.51 m)对流场、温度场和NO排放的影响。结果表明,随L值增加,炉内最高温度下降,气体温度均匀性提高,NO生成量降低;空气预热温度提高,炉内气体温度升高,反应区NO含量升高。空气预热温度1 273 K即可满足要求。
The numerical simulation of temperature distribution and NO emission in furnace during baking of an 120 t AOD unit by using new regenerative baker for AOD has been carried out. And the effects of temperature of preheated air (1 273 - 1 473 K) and distance L between air inlet and fuel gas jet (0. 28 -0. 51m) on flow field, temperature field and NO emission are analyzed. Results show that with increasing L value, the highest temperature in furnace decreases, the temperature difference of gas decreases and the amount of generating NO decreases ; with increasing preheated temperature, the temperature of gas in furnace increases and the NO content in reacting region increases. It shah meet the requirement for preheated temperature of air being 1 273 K.
