摘要
本文提出了用基于目标因子分析中的自由浮动技术的校正变换矩阵法对钙镁进行光度法同时测定,研究了酸性铬兰K与钙镁显色体系同时测定条件及校正模型的选择。该法用于合成样品分析,结果满意。对水样中钙镁分析结果与经典的EDTA满定法相当一致。
おalibration transforming matrix (CTM) method based on free floating proceduce of target factor analysis (TFA) has been proposed for the spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ by using the absorbance of the complexes formed by both ions with acid Chrome blue K.The optimum condition and characteristics of Chromagnetic reaction are discussed and the optimized calibrating model is selected for simultaneous analysis.The method is applied satisfactorily to the determination of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ in both cases of artificial samples and water samples.A comparative study of the new CTM with the conventional method by titration of EDTA suggests that the proposed method is practicable and convincible.The results obtained by CTM is consistent with those obtained by titration of EDTA。
