退火工艺对0.17C冷轧链条用钢板组织和性能的影响

摘要 在实验室真空加热炉内进行了1.0 min冷轧链条用钢板650~690℃、2~6h的罩式退火模拟试验。结果表明,冷轧链条用钢的组织为铁索体+游离渗碳体,增加退火温度和时间,钢的组织趋向均匀,退火后钢的抗拉强度R_m为395~415 MPa;增加退火温度和时间,HRB硬度值从68.9降至65.0,伸长率由36%增加至39%。该退火工艺可用于工业性生产。 The simulating batch annealing test of 1.0 mm cold rolled steel sheet for chain at 650 - 690 ℃ for 2 - 6 h has been carried out by vacuum heating furnace in laboratory. Results showed that the structure of cold rolled steel for chain was ferrite + free cementite, with increasing annealing temperature and time the structure of steel tended to homogeneous ; the tensile strength of annealed steel was 395 -415 MPa, with increasing annealing temperature and time the HRB hardness value of steel decreased from 68. 9 to 55. 0 and the elongation of steel increased from 36% to 39%. The annealing process is available for commercial production.
