据作者提出的螺旋理论的规律,可以计算光学活性肌醇的旋光方向和旋光度的大小。肌醇分子内存在的36个二面角螺旋旋光度的代数和再乘以常数2.0就是该肌醇的摩尔旋光度。
おhe rotatory direction and optical rotation of the optically active inositol can be calculated on the basis of the rule of helix theory proposed by the authors.There are thirtysix helixes of dihedral angle in a inositol molecule.The molecular rotation of the inositol is the product of the algebraic sum of these helical rotations by a constant 2.0.
