摘要
糯性小麦淀粉因不含直链淀粉或直链淀粉含量很低,所以在食品工业和非食品工业上有重要应用价值,是近年来许多国家小麦研究的重要课题。控制糯蛋白(Waxy)表达的3个位点的Wx-A1,Wx-B1和Wx-D1基因分别位于染色体的7AS、4AL和7DS上。利用SDS-PAGE电泳和分子标记的方法对国内外115份春小麦品种资源Waxy蛋白进行了鉴定,从中鉴定出Wx-B1亚基缺失材料16份,Wx-D1亚基缺失材料2份,未发现缺失Wx-A1亚基突变的材料。在所检测材料中也没有发现三个亚基都缺失的或其中两个亚基同时缺失的类型。在缺失Wx-B1亚基的材料中以新疆的春小麦品种居多,占缺失Wx-B1亚基材料的56.25%。
Because the waxy wheat starch doesn't contain amylose or contain very low level of amylose,it has an important practical value in both food and non-food industry.So it is a focus of wheat research in many countries in these years.Three gene locus(Wx-A1,Wx-B1,and Wx-D1) control the waxy of wheat located on chromosome 7AS,4AL and 7DS respectively.The types of Waxy protein sub-units of 115 wheat varieties introduced from various countries were identified by SDS-PAGE and molecular marker method.The results founded that the sixteen varieties with null Wx-B1 and two varieties with null Wx-D1 were identified.The other varieties with null Wx-A1 were in good condition.There was a great majority of Xinjiang spring wheat in null Wx-B1,which was 56.25%.
