三种蔬菜残体对加工番茄萌发及植株酶活性的影响

摘要 利用洋葱、大葱、大白菜残体进行种子发芽和重茬土苗期生长试验。结果表明,三种蔬菜残体浸提液对加工番茄种子萌发的影响都起到低促高抑效应,对幼苗的生长影响则不一致,大葱残体浸提液对加工番茄幼苗地上部分的生长起低促高抑效应,而对根系的生长则是低抑高促效应,大白菜和洋葱残体浸提液则对幼苗地上部分的生长起促进作用,而抑制幼苗根系的生长。在混入残体土壤中栽培试验中,通过检测加工番茄叶片POD、SOD、CAT酶活性,发现洋葱、大葱残体在5 g/kg干土浓度时对加工番茄生长最为有利,大白菜残体所有处理则都降低加工番茄抗逆性,不利于加工番茄的生长。 The water abstracts of welsh onion,onion and Chinese cabbage leavings were used to treat seeds germination and soil culture experiment.The conducted experiment showed that high density of water abstracts of three vegetables inhibited seeds germination and low density encouraged seeds germination,but it had different influence on seedling growth,low density of water abstracts of welsh onion inhibited processing tomato of aerial parts grow and promoted root grow;high density of water abstracts inhibited processing tomato root grow and promoted aerial parts grow.Water abstracts of onion and Chinese cabbage promoted processing tomato aerial parts grow and inhibited root grow.Based on the study of SOD,POD and CAT enzyme activity of processing tomato leaf,it was found that at density of 5% the leavings of onion and welsh onion were significantly advantageous to processing tomato growth but all other density of Chinese cabbage was adverse to processing tomato growth.
