摘要
用NCDV标准毒株接种恒河猴肾细胞(MA-104),制备病毒抗原液,制成油乳佐剂灭活疫苗进行3月龄以内的犊牛田间免疫试验。结果表明,免疫组的OD492nm平均值为0.6,免疫40 d后达到峰值1.5,免疫后609、0 d仍维持较高的抗体效价,OD492nm平均值分别是1.4和0.9。中和抗体效价在二次免疫时、二次免疫40、60、90 d平均值分别为56.668、413.025、314.9、104.64。实验评价OD492nm值和血清中和抗体效价关系,相关性很大,并证明这种疫苗对预防轮状病毒引起犊牛腹泻是安全有效的。
The culture was prepared in the rhesus kidney cells(MA-104) inoculated by bovine rotavirus strain NCDV and made for inactivated vaccine with oil-adjuvant.The vaccine was applied in the field trial.The results were shown that OD492 nm average value was 0.6 in the immune group.Although the peak value of antibody titer reached OD 1.5 at 40 d after immunity,the high antibody titers were still OD 1.4and OD 0.9,respectively,for 60 d and 90 d after immunity.The neutralizing antibody titers were 56.67,413.03,314.90 and 104.64,respectively,for 40 d,60 d and 90 d after immunity.This experiment estimated that the relation between OD492 nm value and serum neutralizing antibody titers was of great similarity and proved that the inactivated vaccine was of availability and safety.
