新疆某猪场的几株沙门氏菌及大肠杆菌对16种抗生素药敏性研究 被引量:4

Studies on Drug Sensitivity of Salmonella and Escherichia colis from Local Pig Farm in Xinjiang to 16 Kinds of Antibiotics

摘要 对从新疆某猪场猪粪中分离鉴定出的5株沙门氏菌及1株大肠杆菌进行16种抗生素的药敏性试验,以筛选出有效的抗生素。结果表明:5株沙门氏菌对卡那霉素、阿米卡星、头孢克肟和头胞噻肟这四种药物高度敏感;对氯霉素、庆大霉素、呋喃妥因、利福平、多粘菌素B等药物耐药;对链霉素、新霉素的耐药率均为60%,对氧氟沙星的耐药率均为40%,对土霉素、利特灵、头孢三嗪、硫酸粘杆菌素的耐药率为20%。大肠杆菌对链霉素、新霉素、卡那霉素、阿米卡星、头孢克肟、头胞噻肟、痢特灵、氧氟沙星、硫酸粘杆菌素敏感;对氯霉素、庆大霉素、土霉素、呋喃妥因、头孢三嗪、利福平、多粘菌素B等药物耐药。 16 kinds of antibiotics were used to conduct drug sensitive tests on 5 strains of Salmonellas and 1 strain of Escherichia colis which were isolated and identified from the fecal samples in Xinjiang pig farm to screen effective antibiotics.The results indicateated that 5 strains of Salmonellas had high sensitivity to Kanamycin,Amikacin,Ceriwime,Cefmenoxime of the 16 kinds of antibiotics;While the 5 strains of Salmonellas resisted to Chloramphenicol,Gentamycin,Nitrofurantoin,Rifampicin,Polymyxin B.The rates of drug resistance of both Streptomycin and Neomycin were 60%,that of Ofloxacin was 40%,that of Osytetracyclinym,Furazolidone,Ceftriaxone Sodium and Colistin was 20% respectively.Escherichia coli was drug sensitive to Streptomycin,Neomycin,Kanamycin,Amikacin,Cefixime,Ceriwime,Furazolidone,Ofloxacin,Colistin and drug resistant to Chloramphenicol,Gentamicin,Oxytetracycline,Nitrofurantoin,Ceftriaxone Sodium,Rifampicin,Polymyxin B.
