摘要
为了确定稀土元素Nd在Mg-Zn系镁合金中的合金化作用,以添加0.5%~3%Nd的挤压态Mg-1%Zn—xNd镁合金为实验材料,在室温、150℃和200℃下进行了拉伸试验,确定了合金在不同温度下的抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率,探讨了稀土元素Nd对Mg-Zn系镁合金的拉伸性能的影响规律.结果表明,室温下,随着Nd含量的增加,抗拉强度不断升高,而屈服强度则先降低后升高;在150℃和200℃下,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度随Nd含量的增加则呈现不同的变化规律.此外,Nd含量为0.5%、1%和3%的合金的伸长率随试验温度的升高呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而Nd含量为2%的合金的伸长率则随试验温度的升高而持续增大.
In order to clarify the alloying role of Nd in Mg-Zn based magnesium alloys, the extruded Mg-1%Zn-xNd alloys with the addition of 0.5% to 3% Nd were selected as the experimental material. The tensile tests were performed at room temperature, 150℃ and 200 ℃, respectively. The ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the alloys at different testing temperatures were determined. The influence of Nd on the tensile properties of the Mg-Zn based magnesium alloys were investigated. The experimental results reveal that at room temperature, with an increase in the content of Nd, the ultimate tensile strength gradually increases, while the yield strength decreases and then increases. At 150℃ and 200℃, the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength show the different changes with increasing Nd content. In addition, with an increase in testing temperature, the elongation of the alloys with Nd contents of 0.5 %, 1% and 3 % firstly increases and then decreases, while the elongation of the alloy containing 2 % Nd continuously increases.
