摘要 针对含有大量传感器信号的漏磁检测系统中存在的数据采集卡与传感器间的信号传输瓶颈问题,应用FPGA控制多路模拟开关阵列,利用分时复用技术将多路传感器数据合成单路数据送入数据采集卡,计算机利用预定义的同步信号完成数据处理.该方法应用一根信号线和控制线完成了多路数据的传输,解决了漏磁探伤系统中数据采集卡的输入通道数满足大量传感器需要的问题. Aiming at the bottleneck problem of signal transmission between sensor and data acquisition card in magnetic flux leakage detection system containing a lot of sensors, FPGA was employed to control analog multiplexer switch array. Multiple sensor data was transmitted to single data acquisition card by time-sharing multiplexing technology. And then, the computer would complete data processing using pre-defined synchronous signal. The present method realizes to transmit multiple sensor data with one signal and control line, and solves the problem that the number of input channel in data acquisition card should meet the requirement of large amount of sensors in magnetic flux leakage detection system.
