摘要
以N4-取代氨基硫脲与尿嘧啶-1-乙醛反应,合成了6种N4-取代氨基硫脲衍生物,并进行了抗菌活性测试。结果表明,当N4-取代基为对氯苯基(Ⅲ6)时,具有较高的抑制枯草杆菌活性,对八叠球菌、白色念珠菌、黄曲霉菌亦有一定活性。
Six N 4 substituted thiosemicarbazones were prepared by condensation of N 4 substituted thiosemicarbazide with uracil 1 acetaldehyde. The inhibiting activities of all the compounds against six kinds of bacteria and two kinds of fung were determined preliminarily. The results showed that compound Ⅲ 6 possessed higher inhibiting activity against B. Subtilis, and some inhibiting activities against S. Lutea, M. Albicans and A. Flavus.
