摘要
以微晶纤维素为原料合成三苯甲酰基纤维素酯,将粉末状的三苯甲酰基纤维素酯转变成用于高效液相色谱手性填料的微珠,通过扫描电子显微分析考察了微珠的粒径分布。
Cellulose tribenzoate was synthesized by homogeneous reaction of benzoyl chloride with microcrystalline cellulose in pyridine and triethylamine at about 110℃, and isolated as the fraction insoluble in methanol. Elemental analysis and IR spectra indicated that almost all hydroxy groups of the cellulose were converted into ester groups. Benzoyl cellulose beads in the pure polymeric form as a packing materials for the chromatographic resolution of racemates have been prepared from an emulsion of the organic polymer. The surface topographics of the new materials thus obtained have been investigated by the scanning electron microscope.
