文章在阐述构建西部地区宗教文化旅游圈意义的基础上,分析了构建西部地区宗教文化旅游圈的基础和条件,探索了构建西部地区宗教文化旅游圈的思路:通过整合西部各地区宗教旅游资源,将西部宗教文化旅游圈打造为带给人类心灵宁静的神秘旅游圣地。最后提出了西部地区宗教旅游文化圈的实施保障措施。

The article is based on discussing the significance of the construction of a religious cultural tourism circle in the western China, and analysis the foundation and conditions to construct it, and then explore some ideas to construct it ： through integrating the religious tourism resources in the western China, changing the religious cultural tourism circle into a mysterious tourist destination which can give human soul quiet. Finally, the article proposes some implementation and safeguard measures to construct a religious cultural tourism circle in the western China.
