摘要
文章研究了影响毫秒雷管延时精度的因素。从延期药的药剂选择、原材料纯度与粒度、延期药配比、延期体结构及制造工艺、雷管装配条件以及温度影响等方面探讨了提高延时精度的技术途径,提出了相应的技术措施。研究表明,研制的25 ms等间隔延期雷管具有较高的延时精度,能够满足工程需要。
Factors affecting the delay precision of millisecond (ms) delay detonator were studied in this paper. Technical route to increase delay precision was discussed on the aspects of composition selection of delay composition, purity and granularity of raw materials, distribution of delay composition, structure and manufacture technics of delay element, detonator assembly condition and temperature influence etc. , and corresponding technology measures were proposed. Study showed that 2.5 ms uniformly-spaced delay detonator had high delay precision, which could satisfy the engineering needs.
