摘要
基于产品尺寸质量对制造系统可靠性有显著影响,研究了多工位制造系统中关键产品特征测量偏差与制造系统要素故障、性能衰退的交叉作用.综合三因素建立了质量可靠性集成模型,以定量分析制造系统可靠性.研究结果表明:若不考虑产品质量、制造系统要素故障和性能衰退的交叉作用,系统可靠性将被过高估计.
Since the product quality has a great impact on the manufacturing system reliability, the quality reliability interaction of a multi station manufacturing system was introduced to describe the joint effect between the dimensional variations of the key product characteristics and the failures/degradations of the manufacturing system components. A novel quality reliability integrated model was proposed to incorporate these factors and quantitatively evaluate the system reliability. The results indicate that the system reliability will be significantly overestimated without considering the interaction between the product quality and the failure and degradation of the manufacturing system component.
