摘要
为了有效地降低质保成本,使成本模型更切合实际情况,提出了基于失效减缓的质保产品预防性维护建模方法.建立了不同维护时期的失效率减缓的质保产品失效率模型;结合可变预防性维护成本、可变维修成本以及失效率减缓模型,建立了质保成本模型.在此基础上,提出了一种寻找最佳预防性维护次数、最佳预防性维护时间间隔,使期望总质保成本最小的演算法;并对演算法进行了仿真实验分析.结果表明,该演算法可有效求得最小化期望总质保成本的最优解.
To reduce warranty cost efficiently and to make the cost more suitable for real status, a modeling method for preventive maintenance of warranty products was proposed with failure rate reduction. Firstly, a product failure model was established with degradation rate reduction. Combining with variable preventive maintenance cost and variable repair cost, a model of warranty cost was built with the product failure model. Based on the cost model, an algorithm was presented to derive the optimal number and the optimal time interval of preventive maintenances with the objective of minimizing expected total warranty cost. Finally, the algorithm was tested with simulative experimental data. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm is valid for resolving an optimal solution of the expected total warranty cost.
