摘要
基于对杂交骨髓瘤细胞周期机理的分析,研究了细胞循环周期中各时相的特点,建立了比生长速率驱动的细胞周期模型.然后,将细胞周期模型与已有的宏观动力学模型结合,形成完整的杂交骨髓瘤细胞动力学-细胞周期组合模型.仿真结果表明,模型对于各期细胞分率的描述在趋势上与采用流式细胞仪所得到的实测值一致.
A cell cycle model for myeloma cell culture was proposed. The input of the cell cycle model is the specific growth rate μ. A combined model was built by coupling the cell cycle model with the earlier proposed macrokinetic model and the bioreactor model. The simulation results agree well with the experimental data obtained with flow cytometry.
