摘要
针对使用建模仿真来对舰船全寿命周期的可靠性、维修性和保障性(Reliability,Maintainability and Supportability RMS)作设计、论证、分析和验证等工作中呈现的数据复杂多样、模型转换频繁和仿真要求全面等困难,运用产品数据管理(Product Data Management,PDM)的思想予以解决。通过开发和解决部分关键技术,使用高层体系结构(High Level Architecture,HLA)作为服务层,借助PDM系统管理复杂数据,构建了基于PDM系统的舰船RMS建模仿真平台。在实际运用中,该仿真平台较好地满足了舰船全寿命周期的RMS建模仿真工作的需求。
There are some difficulties such as the data complexity and multiplicity, the model frequently converting and the comprehensive desire of the simulation achieving, etc, when designing, demonstrating, analyzing and validating the reliability, maintainability and supportability for the entire life of the marine by the modeling and simulation. This paper tries to solve the problems by using PDM. The main works include exploiting and resolving some correlative key technology, using the high level architecture as the service layer and reserving the characteristic of the PDM technology managing the complex data, finally, a platform for marine on RMS based PDM is built on. The results presented in the case study show that the platform preferably fulfils the requiring of the modeling and simulating for marine on RMS throughout its entire life.
