摘要
对18根550 MPa高强冷弯型钢骨架墙体立柱进行了足尺轴压试验研究,其中,双面覆板(带肋钢板+石膏板)墙体立柱6根,单面覆带肋钢板墙体立柱6根,无板墙体立柱6根.通过试验得到了各类墙体立柱的极限承载力和破坏模式,试验研究结果表明:对于覆板墙体,墙板对立柱提供了很好的约束作用,大大提高了立柱的轴压承载力;对于无板墙体,拉条起到了弹性支撑的作用,有效提高了立柱的极限承载力.最后,给出了各类墙体立柱的计算长度系数建议值,可供设计参考.
An experimental study is carried out with eighteen full-size 550MPa cold-formed steel framing wall studs subjected to centric axial loads, including six wall studs with double wallboards(steel rib panel and gypsum wallboard), six wall studs with single steel rib panel and six wall studs without wallboards. The ultimate load carrying capacity and failure modes of all wall studs are obtained by tests. And experimental results show that for wall studs with wallboards, wall-boards have a strong restrained effect on the wall studs and improve the ultimate load carrying capacity of wall studs largely,and the plate strips act as spring braces on the wall studs without wallboards and increase the load carrying capacity of wall studs without wallboards effectively. Finally, the suggested values of the effective length factor for all types of wall studs are obtained, and these suggested values can serve as design reference.
