商品混凝土质量控制的“联合体”监管模式探索

伴随着商品混凝土的大量应用,陆续出现了一系列质量问题.引起商品混凝土的质量问题的原因很多.研究表明,在商品混凝土的生产和使用过程中,企业之间沟通、协调不够,监督不力,管理监督体系不完善是其主要原因.本文提出了商品混凝土生产企业、用户和监理单位的生产——使用"联合体"监管模式,可以有效解决部分质量问题.

Series of quality problem arise following the massive application of commodity concrete. The primary causes involved include inequadate coordination between enterprises, insufficient supervision, imperfect management surveillance system,etc. Both in the production and use of the commodity concrete. This article proposes the commodity concrete production enterprise, the user and the supervision unit＇s production by using the unified body of supervising and managing pattern, can effectively solve some quality problems.
