摘要
合成了苄氧基甲基-11-冠-3,并以此作载体制成了PVC膜离子选择性电极。研制的 电极对钠离子响应的线性范围为1.0×10-1~43×10-5mol/L;检测下限为2.1×10-5 mol/L;斜率为57.4±0.2 mV/PC(25℃).电极具有良好的稳定性和重现性。此电极用于钠离 子测定,结果与火焰光度法一致。
This paper describes the preparation of sodium ion selective electrode based on benzyloxymethyl-11-crown-3 synthesized in our laboratory. The electrode exhibits Nernst response for sodium with a slope of 57.4± 0. 2 mV/PC(25℃) over the concentration range of 1.0X10-1~4. 3 X 10-5 mol/L. The detection limit is 2.1 X 105 mol/L. The electrode has the advantages of good stability and reproducibility. The electrode has been applied to the detemination of sodium ion in artificial samples with satisfactory results.
