摘要 采用流动注射技术,研究了延胡索乙素-高锰酸钾-连二亚硫酸钠体系的化学发光行为,对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨,建立了化学发光法测定延胡索乙素的新方法。方法的检出限为3.2 ×10-9g/mL,线性范围为1×10-8~8×10-6g/mL。对罗通定中延胡索乙素含量的测定结果满意,并与药典标准方法测得值一致。 A new method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine using flow injection chemiluminescence was studied. It is based on the chemiluminscence reaction of tetrahydropalmatine-KMnO4-Na2S2O4. The main factors which affect the determination were investigated. Under optimum conditions, the linear range for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine was 1 × 10-8~8 × 10-6 g/mL and the determination limit was 3. 2 × 10-9 g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Rotundine. tablets and their reults are in good agreement with those obtained by classical method.
