摘要
电子产品无铅化组装是大势所趋。在借鉴我国沿海地区电子产品无铅化组装的成功经验基础上,把无铅化组装(包括混装)引进军工电子产品组装,以期引起广大从事军事电子产品研制和生产的管理人员、科研人员以及操作人员的高度关注。
Lead - free assembling of electronic products is the trend nowadays. This paper brings the successful experience of lead - free assembling of electronic products in domestic eastern areas into the military electronic product assembling field, in order to promote the wide interests of producers, managers, researchers and operators.
