非均相UV/Fenton处理苯酚废水的实验研究

摘要 对Na—Y分子筛、硅胶和活性氧化铝作为Ve^2+固定化载体进行了研究。从负载量、稳定性、催化氧化性能等方面综合比较,认为Na—Y型分子筛是一种理想的载体。研究了非均相催化降解苯酚时H2O2的投加量、溶液初始pH、苯酚初始浓度等因素对苯酚降解率和COD降解率的影响。该催化体系在pH2.0—9.0范围内都能高效地催化氧化苯酚,在基准条件下,反应时间柏min时,苯酚的去除率达到99.75%,而COD的去除率也达到95.91%。 The Fixed carriers including Na - Y zeolite, silica gel and active alumina for Fe^2+ were investigated. After comparing the amount of adsorption, stability, oxidative and performance , it was found that Na - Y zeolite is a satisfactory carrier. The catalytic property of the heterogeneous UV/Fenton process with the Fe - Y catalyst prepared under optimized condition was studied by the process of catalytic oxidizing phenol. Results show that, the Fe - Y heterogeneous UV/Fenton process has high efficiency for the phenol oxidization process in a wider pH variation(2.0 - 9.0). Under the standard conditions, the phenol removal rate reached almost 100% after 40 rain reaction in the heterogeneous UV/Fenton system.
