摘要
对槐花挥发油化学成分进行GC-MS分析。采用水蒸汽蒸馏,乙醚萃取法提取挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术对其化学成分进行分析鉴定。共检索出56种成分,其中鉴定出29种化学成分,占挥发油总量的66.70%。主要成分有α-蒎烯(23.03%)、邻苯二甲酸癸基异丁基酯(6.20%)、长叶烯(4.88%)、苯乙醇(4.84%)、2-氨基-安息香酸甲酯(3.63%)、植酮(3.27%)、2-乙基己醇(2.73%)等。为开发和综合利用这一资源提供了科学依据。
Chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Flos Sophorae were analyzed by GC - MS. The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method, then it was analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry. 56 compounds were detected out, among them, 29 compounds were identified, occupying 66.70% of the total GC peak of the volatile oil. The major components were α - pinene (23.03%) ,decyl isobutyl o - phthalate (6.20%) ,longifolene (4.88%), phenylethyl alcohol(4.84% ) ,methyl 2 -amino- benzoate(3.63% ) ,Phytyl ketone(3.27% ),2 -ethyl hexanol( 2.73% ), etc. The work provides scientific bases for exploitation and apUicatiun of Flos Sophorae.
