Review of the Relations between Manufacturing Strategy and Enterprise Performance

通过文献研究和实践调查分析,构造企业制造战略检测量表,用偏最小二乘回归法来确定影响企业绩效的制造战略可观测项目,进一步分析制造战略与企业绩效的正相关关系,为企业制造战略竞争重点要素的识别和管理提供定量依据.

Based on researching literature the measure table is constructed based on researching literature by analyzing the survey of empirical manufacturing strategy in enterprise. Based on the positive relation hypothesis between enterprise＇s performance and manufacturing strategy, this paper finds the important factor inflected enterprise＇s performance in measure table, which affords some effective measures for measuring the manufacture strategy and recognizing the key factor of enterprise＇s strategy.
