摘要
针对安装位置导管感应钎焊的特点,采用IGBT串联谐振回路作为感应加热回路的拓扑结构。设计了独特的准谐振频率自动跟踪技术,使感应加热回路始终工作在最佳的谐振状态,确保了电源主电路安全可靠工作。将光纤传光与辐射测温相结合的温度测量技术引入到感应钎焊中,消除了电磁场对温度测量和传输的干扰影响,提高了温度测量精度。开发了基于PLC的数字PID控制算法,与全桥逆变直流调功技术相结合,实现钎焊过程的数字化精确控制。研制成功了一套新型的导管安装感应钎焊系统,并完成相关工艺试验,成功地应用于某型号飞机导管生产线。
Considering the characteristic of on-site induction brazing of tubes,IGBT series resonance topology is adopted in the induction brazing circuit.A new frequency tracking technology is proposed to keep the inverter induction brazing at resonance state and ensure the reliability of power source.ln order to avoid the effect of strong electromagnetic field on the temperature signal,the fibre infrared sensor is used to measure brazing temperature on tubes.With the power adjusting technique,a digital PID control method based on the PLC circuit is developed to realize the brazing process precise control.Based on the above techniques,a set of advanced equipment for this process is firstly established in our country.After experiments and examination in a plane factory,this equipment has-been successfully used in the practical production line.
