摘要
对现有的功率因数校正(PFC)技术在逆变焊机中的应用情况进行了分析和比较,其电路拓扑分别以单相PFC和三相PFC进行阐述。其中单相PFC包含了BUCK降压型PFC电路拓扑、BOOST升压型PFC电路拓扑、升降压型PFC电路拓扑以及单级单相PFC电路拓扑。三相PFC包含直接并联三相PFC电路拓扑、单开关三相PFC电路拓扑、三开关三相PFC电路拓扑、六开关三相PFC电路拓扑以及三相单级PFC电路拓扑。最后概括了功率因数校正技术在逆变焊机中应用的发展趋势。
The application of power factor correction(PFC)technologies were analyzed and compared.The circuit topology of PFC was divided into two domains, one is single-phase PFC the other is three-phase PFC.There are BUCK PFC circuit topology,BOOST PFC circuit topology,BUCK-BOOST PFC circuit topology and single-stage PFC circuit topology in single-phase PFC.Three-phase PFC includes directly connect three-phase PFC circuit topology,single switch three-phase PFC circuit topology, three switches three-phase PFC circuit topology.six switches three-phase PFC circuit topology and single-stage three-phase PFC circuit topology.At the end of this paper,it summarizes the trends of PFC technology in inverter welding supply.
