摘要
研究了萃取法,Likens-Nickerson同时蒸馏/萃取法、动态吸附法等样品分离浓缩方法在孜然香气成分的气 相色谱分析中体现的不同特点。
In this paper, effects of sample preparation methods (extraction, Likens-Nickerson combined with distllation/ extraction, and dynamic adsorption) on extracting essential oil of cuminum cyminum and analysis of the aromatic constituents were studied.
