SDR （Software-Defined Radio） is an important study direction of the Third Generation communication, which make hardware as the basic wireless communicational platform.It not only depends mainly On software in completing systemic functions of the receiver, but also offers an opened and modularized systemic structure. The technique of Digital Signal Processing （DSP） and blue print are proposed at the same time.
