丙种球蛋白治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症疗效观察

To evaluate the clinical effect of the IVIG for the children with infectious mononucleosis

目的评价丙种球蛋白治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效。方法治疗组40例用丙种球蛋白治疗,对照组40例用病毒唑加IFN-α治疗,比较两组有效率、临床症状、体征的变化。结果治疗组临床症状及体征均较对照组消失快(P<0.05),治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组为60.0%,两组有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用丙种球蛋白治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症是一种安全、疗效确切的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of IVIG on children with infectious mononucleosis （IM） . Methods 80 patients with IM were divided into tow groups randomly. The treatment group （40 patients） were treated with IVIG and the control group （40 patients） were treated with Ribavirin and IFN-α, In the process of treatemt, the change of symptoms and signs were observed every day. Results The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than those in the control group （P 〈0. 05） , The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 67. 2% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion IVIG can shorten the treatment period and raise the curative rate without side effect in children with IM.
