轻钢结构高湿车间屋面保温层厚度的计算分析

摘要 从防内表面结露、保温层允许含水量的最小厚度、夏季隔热要求和屋面最大允许传热系数4个方面,对不同地区典型城市轻钢结构高湿车间屋面保温层厚度的确定进行了计算分析,提出夏热冬冷、夏热冬暖地区应以夏季隔热计算保温层的最小厚度,而严寒地区保温层最小厚度宜按照防止内表面结露确定.但寒冷地区的不同城市,保温层最小厚度必须进行冬季防结露和夏季隔热计算比较确定. According to principle of the minimum resistance, the maximal allowable water content in the thermal insulation layer, thermal insulation in summer and maximal allowable heat transfer coefficient, the thermal insulation minimum thickness of building roof of light-steel structure building in high humidity workshop of the typical cities in different regions were calculated and analysed . The determination principle of thermal insulation thickness of the building roof in different regions was stated and it can be used in the design and construction of light-steel structure building in light industry mill.
