摘要
目的研究D20S85和D2S441位点的遗传多态性及其法医学应用价值。方法应用聚合酶链式反应、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及银染显带技术对温州地区212名汉族无关个体的D20S85和D2S441位点进行分型,并检验其基因型频率分布是否符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。结果D20S85观察到9个等位基因及32种基因型,D2S441观察到10个等位基因及36种基因型,多态性分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。两基因座的杂合度(H)分别为0.750、0.731,多态性信息量(PIC)为0.75、0.79。结论该研究所得到的等位基因频率数据可为温州汉族人群法医个体识别、亲子鉴定及遗传学研究提供更多依据。
Objective: To investigate polymorphism and forensic efficiency values of STR Locus D20S85 and D2S441. Methods: 212 unrelative individuals of Han population living in Wenzhou were examined using PCR followed by PAGE and silver stains, and the examination of D20S85 and D2S441 loci genotype frequency distribution whether matches Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium. Results: 9, 10 alleles and 32, 36 genotypes were observed in these two STR loci. The heterozygotes (H) were 0. 750 and 0. 731 respectively, the polymorphism information content ( PIC ) were 0.75 and 0. 79 respectively. The genotype distribution loci were in accordance with Hardy -- Weinberg equilibrium. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that the two STR loci were useful genetic markers for forensic application.
