降钙素原在新生儿败血症早期诊断的意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨血清学降钙素原(PCT)在新生儿败血症早期诊断的意义。方法对我院新生儿科的112例新生儿进行PCT的测定,分为败血症确诊组(A组)30例,临床败血症组(B组)52例和非感染组(C组)30例三组进行分析。结果当PCT>2ng/ml时,新生儿败血症组(A+B组)与非感染组(C组)相比有显著的统计学意义(χ2=28.01,P<0.01),按PCT>2ng/ml为界点,PCT-Q法与血培养结果比较有显著性差异(χ2=14.45,P<0.01)。结论细菌感染时血清PCT早期即升高,可作为新生儿败血症早期诊断有价值的指标。
