中国城乡互动发展的空间分布规律及其变化趋势分析

Law and the Changing Trend of Spatial Distribution of Urban-Rural Interaction Development in China

城乡互动发展是缩小城乡差距和解决"三农"问题的有效途径,但由于不同区域在自然条件、经济基础等方面存在差异,因此,各区域城乡互动发展的态势也有所不同,正确衡量我国区域城乡互动发展水平的空间分布特征是科学制定区域城乡协调发展规划与对策的前提和基础。在综合评价1986-2005年我国省域城乡互动发展水平的基础上,采用探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)方法,对近20年来中国区域城乡互动发展的空间分布特征及其变化趋势进行分析。结果表明,我国省域城乡互动发展水平具有显著的空间自相关特征,相似发展水平的区域呈空间集聚分布态势,且20年来格局变化不大。该发现对促进我国区域城乡协调互动发展具有重要政策意义。

Urban-rural interaction development is an effective way to solve ＂San-non＂ problems and reduce urban-rural gaps. The urban-rural interaction development levels in different regions are different because of their different natural conditions and economic bases. To properly measure the spatial distribution characteristics of the regional urban-rural development is the premise and base to make the policies scientifically for harmoniously regional urban-rural interaction development in China. In this paper, the regional urban-rnral interaction development in China for the recent 20 years is evaluated comprehensively, and the characteristic and the changing trend of the spatial distribution of regional urban-rural interaction development in China are analyzed by employing ESDA method. The result shows that there is a significant character of spatial autocorrelation for the provincial urban-rural interaction development in China, and there is a spatially clustering trend for those regions with similar development levels and this spatial pattern has hardly been changed in the recent 20 years, which has important policy implications for China to improve harmoniously regional urban-rural interaction development.
