In order to control business risks, reduce business costs and advance operation efficiency, the global insurance industry has been in the height of transforming operational mode and innovating management patterns. Rebuilding work flow, unifying operational standards, centralizing back-office functions, growing operation outsourcing along with the future IT system integration of the insurance industry chain have been leading to fundamental changes in the insurance industry. At the same time, they are also promoting insurance＇s organic and intensive development effectively.
