摘要
用单扫示波极谱法研究马兜铃酸的电化学行为.在0.1mol/LNaOH底液中,马兜铃酸在-0.89V(vs.SCE)产生一良好的二阶导数极谱峰,线性范围为0.03~32mg/L,检出限为0.01mg/L.用该法测定中药关木通中马兜铃酸含量,结果满意.另外,还研究了马兜铃酸对由邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧自由基(O-·2)的清除作用.
Electrochemical behavior of Aristolochic acid is studied by single sweep oscillopolarograghy. In 0.1mol/L NaOH solution, aristolochic acid shows a second order derivative reduction wave with the peak potential is -0.89V(vs.SCE). The peak height of Aristolochic acid is proportional to the concentation in the range of 0.03 ̄32mg/L and the detection limit is 0.01mg/L. The result is satisfactory when the method was used to determine aristolochic acid in Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom. In addition, it is discussed that aristolochic acid has ability to scavenge superoxide anion radical(O -· 2) produced by autoxidation of Pyrogallol.
