少油冷炉点火和低负荷稳燃技术在张家口发电厂的应用

摘要 介绍张家口发电厂2号机组采用少油冷炉点火和低负荷稳燃技术后的使用情况和节能效果。2号机组大修后启动过程中使用少油冷炉技术,累计投入129 h,节省燃油472.4 t,节约燃料费用279.4万元。该技术具有系统简单、投资少、可靠性高、基本无维护工作量等突出优点。该技术在张家口电厂又一次取得了成功,为电厂进行微油或少油燃烧器改造和低负荷稳燃提供了参考。 This paper introduces the application and energy saving result after unit 2 of Zhangjiakou Power Plant adopted less oil ignition and low load stable combustion technology. After the overhaul, unit 2 was started with less oil ignition. It had been running for 129 hours and saved 472.4 t of oil with total saved cost of 2,794,000 RMB Yuan. This technology has the advantages of simple system, less investment, high reliability, maintenance free, etc. It is successfully applied in Zhangjiakou Power Plant and will be helpful for other power plants in renovation with less oil burner and low load stable combustion.
