摘要
早期的机械危急遮断系统存在系统复杂、可靠性较差、检测困难以及高风险等问题。针对此问题,文章以张家口发电厂8台机组的超速保护系统为实例,通过对机械危急遮断系统和电气超速保护系统的论述和对比,阐述了取消原有机械超速危急遮断系统的设想及可行性,为早期机组保护系统的改造提供了理论依据。
The early mechanical emergency trip system is complicated, less reliable and difficult in detection and high risky. Regarding these problems, this paper used the over speed protection system of unit 8 in Zhangjiakou Power Plant as an example, compared mechanical emergency trip system with electrical overspeed protection. It presents the assumption and feasibility of canceling mechanical emergency trip system . It will provide basis for the retrofit of early protection system.
