摘要
针对工程中原动件连续运动而从动件在某位置近似停歇的传动机构需要,提出了四杆机构与曲柄滑块相结合的机构;并用ADAMS软件对该机构的运动特性进行了模拟仿真;最后根据需要,对机构进行了优化设计。该机构仿真表明在一端可有近似停歇的运动特性,优化设计后的机构具有较好的运动平稳性,可以满足工程需要。
A driving mechanism, which is composed of four bar linkage and a crank-guide, is proposed in this paper aiming at the needs of driving mechanism in engineering, in which original moving parts move continually but driven parts almost stop on some position. In this paper, the kinetic character of driving mechanism has been simulated by ADAMS, and according to the needs of some engineering, the driving mechanism has been optimumly designed by the method of optimum design. According to the simulation, this mechanism has the moving characteristic of almost stopping on one end, and the mechanism has better moving stability after optimum designed, which can satisfy theneeds of engineering.
