摘要
阐述某产品的某一变截面细长轴零件数控加工工艺方法的改进,它代替了传统的加工工艺方法,克服了传统加工工艺方法中工序多、工步繁琐的缺点,并利用数控技术成功实现了以车代磨的加工工艺,从而降低了零件的制造成本,提高了加工质量和效率。
This paper elaborated improbements of INC machining methods of non-uniform slender axle parts,h took place of traditional machining methods,solving the problems of too much working procedures and too complicated process steps.It also cut down the costs of parts manufacturing-and improved machining quality and effeciency.
