摘要
随着国外零售业进入我国,国内零售业面临着日益激烈的竞争和巨大的挑战。为了能在零售市场取得并保持一定市场份额,加强我国零售业供应链管理就显得尤为重要和迫切。文章以供应链管理为核心,针对零售业存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
With the fact that foreign retail business enters our country ,retail business is confronted with gradually fierce competition and gigantic challenge in the homeland. In such circumstances , it is especially important and urgent to reinforce management of supply chain for retail business in order to get and keep certain market share .Based on supply chain management at the core, this article put forward the corresponding countermeasure for problems of domestic retail business.
