摘要
高校的根本任务是培养人才,人才培养质量是学校的生命线,全面提高教学质量,关系着高校的生存与发展,而建立学校及学院教学质量监控评价体系是保证和提高教学质量的关键和重要手段,其中对二级学院的教学质量监控进行研究和实践,对于提高教学质量具有重要意义,也是学校进行教学质量管理的重要手段和方法。
The basic mission of colleges and universities is to train men for profession, and the quality is the lifeline. Enhancing The Quality of Education is related to the exist and develop of the college, and building school and academy quality of teaching monitoring is the key and important means to guarantee and enhancing the quality of education. The study on the academy quality of teaching monitors a two stage is very important and is the important teaching quality control means and method.
