摘要
设计了用于游离细胞生物转化的反冲式膜反应器,反应器内增加搅拌装置以减轻细胞对膜的堵塞。实验体系采用含天冬氨酸酶的大肠杆菌细胞转化反丁烯二酸为L-天冬氨酸。研究了膜孔径大小和细胞浓度对反应器的影响。
Microfiltration membrane bioreactor with stirred backflush operation was designed for biotransformation using intact cells. Experiment of production of L aspartic acid from furmarate by Escherichia coli having aspartase was carried out to investigate the optimal pore size of membrane and cell concentration in the reactor. The performance of biotransformation using intact cells in the membrane reactor and using immobilized cells in the packed bed reactor were compared.
