社会主义新农村建设背景下农村中小学德育的问题探析

社会主义新农村建设背景下,农村中小学德育工作面临的最大问题是跟不上社会主义新农村建设的发展要求,这主要缘于德育工作不符合农村实际,与农村建设相分离。面对这一问题,学校德育要积极进行改革:在德育目标上确保底线要求得到落实;加强德育内容的针对性和实效性;引导学生参加新农村建设实践;充分利用社区德育资源;提高教师队伍的"德育能力"。

The moral education in rural schools can not meet the demand of the development of socialist new rural construction because of the impractical moral work separated from the construction of the countryside. Faced with this problem, reform is necessary in the following aspects.
