内型β-异莰烷基酮肟的合成及其构型的确定

SYNTHESIS OF ENDOβISOCAMPHANYL KETONE OXIMES AND CONFIRMATION OF THEIR CONFIGURATION

以５种内型β－异莰烷基酮与羟胺反应合成了５种内型β－异莰烷基酮肟，产品纯化后进行了ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ与ＭＳ分析。将这些酮肟进行Ｂｅｃｋｍａｎｎ重排，并对重排产物酰胺进行ＧＣ－ＭＳ分析。通过对酮肟及其重排产物酰胺的质谱分析数据的解析，确定了这些酮肟的构型。

Five endoβisocamphanyl ketone oximes were synthesized by the reaction of endoβisocamphanyl ketones and hydroxylamine.All products have been purified and identified with IR,1H NMR and MS.The acylamides which were obtained by the Beckmann rearrangement of the ketone oximes were analysed with GCMS.The configuration of the ketone oximes was confirmed by analysis of MS data of the ketone oximes and acylamides—the rearrangement product.
