高校社团与大学生自我教育能力之关系——基于广州番禺职业技术学院的案例研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出假设高校社团能够促进由自主学习能力、自我管理能力、自我评价能力和沟通能力构成的大学生自我教育能力的发展,并据此在番禺职业技术学院做了实证案例研究。从研究结果来看,学生从社团中的收获与教育者的价值预设基本相吻合,但也存在一定的偏差。调查结果表明,目前学生的社团学习需求是迫切的,然而社团组织和管理过程还不能完全满足学生个性化的发展需要。社团对自我教育能力养成有作用,然而其作用也是有限的。通过调查研究者发现了高校社团中存在的其他问题,并从学校教育者角度提了合理化建议。 This paper presents the assumption that student associations could improve college students' self-education capabilities, constituted by self-learning ability, self-management ability, the ability of self-evaluation and communication ability. In order to verify the assumption, the researchers chose Panyu Polytechnic as the subject of the empirical study. Research results show that the assumption is basically true, but there are also some deviations. The study shows that currently, student learning needs are urgent, but organizations and management of the college student associations still can not fully meet the individual development needs. Student associations do exert influence on the self-education capabilities, but the influence is limited. The study also finds some existing problems in student associations. Proper measures are proposed in the view of school education.
