A Study of "Anger" as an Emotion Metaphor in the Perspective of Experiential Philosophy

认知语义学者莱考夫与约翰逊在著作《我们赖以生存的隐喻》中首次构建起概念隐喻理论的框架，这标志着隐喻研究摆脱了以文学和修辞学为本的传统隐喻理论的束缚，进入到崭新的认知科学领域。学界已普遍意识到隐喻不仅是语言的表达手段，更是一种独具魅力、以一事物描写另一相关事物的思维方式。文章在英汉“愤怒”情感隐喻的收集和归纳的基础上，尝试性地探索情感隐喻在两种语言中的认知模式和优势分布特点，进而挖掘其内在的体验哲学根基。

The scholars concerned have accepted that metaphor is not only a means of linguistic expression but also a way of thinking based on one thing substituting another. The paper, based on the collected English and Chinese data concerning ＂anger＂ as an emotion metaphor, tries to explain its cognitive and distributive patterns as well as the underlying experiential philosophical fundamentals.
