摘要
采用火焰热解喷涂方法,以Al(NO3)3和Y(NO3)3为源物质,在敞开的大气环境中,在不锈钢基板上获得了具有一定厚度的Al2O3Y2O3复合氧化物陶瓷涂层。在1273K空气中的恒温氧化结果表明,涂层有效地促进了基体中铬元素的选择氧化,并提高了不锈钢的抗高温氧化性能。
?Aluminayttria composite oxide coating was obtained on the stainless steel through the pyrolysis of aluminium nitrate and yttrium nitrate by flame spraying in the open atmospheric environment. The isothermal oxidation behaviour of the specimens coated with aluminayttria was investigated in air at the temperature of 1273 K. The results show that the coating can promote the selective oxidation of chromium in the alloy and improve the high temperature corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.
