摘要
西周金文词汇中复音词已有一定规模,其来源有两类:凝固词与原生词。凝固词形成的动因是语言经济原则的制约,原生词的形成则是修辞的结果。
There are many polysyllabic words as early in the inscriptions on ancient bronze objects in the Western Zhou Dynasty. It is concluded that in this article there are two sources for the polysyllabic words： solidified words and proto-words. The dynamic element for the formation of the solidified words is the restriction of economic principle in language, and that of the proto-words is a result of the rhetorical devices.
